What is NLP? NLP is a methodology that was developed in the 1970s by Richard Bandler and John Grinder. It draws on principles from psychology, linguistics, and computer science to explore how our thoughts and language patterns affect our behavior and emotions.

The therapist guides the client to release negative emotions, limiting beliefs, and unwanted behaviours associated with these events. This process enables the client to create a positive future and move towards their goals without being held back by their past.

Breakthrough session  (NLP)

A breakthrough session in NLP is a deep, intensive coaching session designed to help individuals overcome limiting beliefs, negative emotions, and unwanted behaviors that are holding them back from achieving their goals. It is a highly effective technique that can lead to rapid and profound transformation.

During a breakthrough session, the coach will work with the individual to identify the root cause of their limiting beliefs, negative emotions, and unwanted behaviors. This process involves exploring the individual’s past experiences and understanding how they have shaped their current thought patterns and behavior.

Once the root cause has been identified, the coach will use a range of NLP techniques to help the individual release negative emotions and limiting beliefs and replace them with positive beliefs and empowering thoughts. The goal is to help the individual create a new, more positive outlook on life and overcome any obstacles that are preventing them from achieving their goals.

Breakthrough sessions are highly individualized and tailored to the needs of each individual. The length of the session can vary depending on the depth of the issue and the individual’s responsiveness to the coaching.

Hypnotherapy

Once in a hypnotic state, the hypnotherapist can suggest positive changes or explore underlying issues that may be contributing to the individual’s concerns.
